  • I’m just going to cut and paste in the message I got calling for submissions, since I can’t find the link at the moment, but feel free to look up and check out the TTQ (The Toronto Quarterly). It actually only just started a couple years back but is growing in reputation — now is the time to submit.

  • @Paul: Do you have any siblings? I’ve definitely heard the surname before… ’Dave’ comes to mind, but that may just be me. Anyway, thanks for the introduction. It’s interesting to have a script/playwright in our midst. I tried my hand at a few plays as well, and a short one saw the stage in university, but that’s it. Have seen some short stories published in Canadian mags and university undergrad reviews, but haven’t sat down and come up with the great Canadian novel yet.

    Good luck with the series. I’m sure it will be successful.

  • Hello, Richard. I’m actually working from several images I’ve harvested from the Internet as well as an ancient photograph my mom took herself when she was last there back in… yikes, back in 1972. I appreciate the offer of the image, as a reference. Please feel free to pass it along.
